Licensed Mental Health Clinicians – Flexible Private Practice Opportunities
Psychologists, LISWs, LPCCs & IMFTs

Barbara L. Fordyce, PhD & Associates, an established group private practice in Stark County, Ohio, is growing and looking for licensed clinicians to join our practice.

We offer clinicians the independence and flexibility of private practice with the support of an established group practice. Our goal is to allow clinicians to focus their time and energy on providing excellent clinical care while our administrative team helps support the business side of practice.

What we offer:

  • Flexible scheduling with the ability to establish a caseload that fits your availability and professional interests
  • In-person and hybrid in-person/telehealth options
  • Established internal and community referral sources to help build and maintain your caseload
  • Excellent administrative and billing support, including fast claim submission and follow-through
  • A collegial environment with opportunities for professional connection and consultation
  • An established practice serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and older adults throughout Stark County and surrounding communities

Practice support includes:

Insurance credentialing, billing and claims management, benefit verification, administrative support, office space, EHR, established community referral relationships, and assistance building a caseload.

Who we're looking for:

We are currently seeking Psychologists, LISWs, LPCCs, and IMFTs interested in joining the practice as independent practitioners/1099 contractors.

We are particularly interested in adding:

  • Clinicians who enjoy working with couples and relationship concerns
  • Generalist clinicians comfortable working with a variety of presenting concerns and client populations.

Experience or interest in areas such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, LGBTQIA+ concerns, relationships, life transitions, and trauma is also welcome. Clinicians do not need to specialize in all of these areas.

Ideal candidates are independently motivated, value collaboration and consultation, and enjoy the autonomy of private practice while benefiting from the support and referral network of a group setting.

Prior outpatient clinical experience is preferred. Candidates should be appropriately licensed in Ohio and able to participate with applicable insurance panels used by the practice.

If you're looking for the flexibility of private practice without having to manage every administrative aspect on your own, we'd love to hear from you.
