What you’ll do:

• Provide individual therapy to residents with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and adjustment challenges
• Complete assessments, treatment plans and progress notes
• Work with nursing staff, social services and psychiatric providers
• Help residents improve their mood, coping and quality of life

What we’re looking for:

• Active Ohio license: LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT or IMFT
• Experience with older adults or medically complex clients is a plus
• Strong clinical, documentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working on your own
