Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LISW/LPCC) – Columbus, OH

Buckeye Pathways is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing behavioral health program in the Columbus, Ohio area. The therapist will provide outpatient behavioral health services to individuals and families while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and supporting individualized treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide individual and/or family counseling.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with other providers and community partners as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with applicable Ohio behavioral health requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LISW or LPCC license required.
• Experience providing behavioral health or outpatient counseling services preferred.
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
