Mental Health Therapist

We currently have onsite opportunities at different locations in the Toledo, Akron, and Cleveland areas for both part-time and full-time positions.

We are seeking therapists to join our adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role involves providing structured, high-quality clinical care to clients in a supportive treatment setting. Ideal candidates have experience with group therapy and higher levels of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Ohio license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or equivalent)
• Experience providing therapy in outpatient, PHP, IOP settings preferred
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
