Kent State University seeks to fill a position on our treatment team for a Mental Health Provider on the Kent campus. The Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) office is part of the Division of Student Life and is dedicated to building a caring and supportive staff committed to serving Kent State University students and providing consultation to the university community.
Mental Health Provider: 12-month
Candidates with experience working in a university counseling center with counseling college and/or high school-aged populations. Candidates must possess the education and experience required to obtain one of the following: Licensure in the State of Ohio as a psychologist; Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW); or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Two years of experience in a clinical setting. This is a 12-month full-time position that requires flexible work hours, and the salary is commensurate with experience and licensure status.
