Safe Harbour Counseling is seeking an independently licensed therapist (LPCC, LISW, or IMFT) to join our established private practice in Columbus.

This is a 1099 contractor position for a clinician interested in working with adults and couples, with trauma experience preferred.

Compensation is based on a percentage split and session volume, typical earnings range from $60,000–$100,000+ depending on caseload.

Position Details
• In-person office space available Monday–Thursday
• Established referral sources
• Insurance credentialing provided
• Fully furnished office and computer provided
• EHR and billing platform included

Qualifications
• Independently licensed in Ohio (LPCC, LISW, or IMFT)
• Experience working with couples preferred
• Ability to build and maintain a caseload

Clinicians maintain autonomy in their work while benefiting from the support of an established group practice.
