Licensed Therapist (LPC or LPCC)

Opal Springs Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our outpatient behavioral health program in Columbus, Ohio. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking a supportive, compliance-focused environment with flexible scheduling and consistent referrals.

Clinical supervision is provided in accordance with Ohio licensure requirements. Our organization maintains strong alignment with OhioMHAS and CARF standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments (under supervision, as applicable)

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, etc.)

• Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning when clinically indicated

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR

• Adhere to Ohio licensure, Medicaid, and CARF requirements

• Consult with and escalate high-risk cases to supervising LPCC-S per protocol

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPC or LPCC license in good standing

• Supervised clinicians must be eligible for required supervision

• Experience with outpatient behavioral health preferred

• Strong documentation and compliance skills
