Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated therapists and clinicians to join our growing team at our new Clintonville office. This role offers the flexibility to provide services in-person, remotely, or through a hybrid model, depending on your preference and client needs.
As a clinician at New Growth Collective, you’ll be part of a supportive, mission-driven environment that values autonomy, professional development, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage a caseload of clients, providing trauma-informed, ethical, and culturally responsive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic client care
  • Participate in supervision and team meetings to support growth and best practices
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
  • Licensure in the State of Ohio (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in mental health settings, including clinical practice and case management
  • Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and person-centered practice
