What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and group counseling for adults in outpatient substance use and co-occurring programs

• Create treatment plans that focus on clients’ strengths, recovery goals, and holistic wellness

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, case managers, and peer supporters

• Contribute ideas that strengthen our programs and client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for helping others reach their potential in recovery

• Active Ohio LCDC II, LCDC III, LICDC, LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW license

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

• Organized, compassionate, and professional
