Summary
Calm Waters Counseling is hiring an Ohio-licensed LPC to provide mental health therapy via our secure telehealth platform. The role offers control over scheduling and caseload, with the option to add in-person sessions once our physical practice opens. We also provide a CEU allowance to aid in keeping your license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy for adults
• Complete intake, treatment planning and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Optional: provide individual psychotherapy for teens

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPC license in good standing
• Master’s Degree
• Proficiency in CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based techniques

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have)

• Experience providing therapy to treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma and OCD
• Experience providing therapy to college students
• Experience providing therapy to teens

Compensation

• Payment is: $55 per billable client hour, paid biweekly. 
• We will provide work and training supervision via our LPCC-S.
