The Serenity Center of Youngstown is a client-centered outpatient behavioral health practice providing therapy and medication management services to children, adolescents, and adults across diverse backgrounds. What We Need

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Outpatient Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who is grounded, self-aware, and passionate about helping others heal and grow. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work or Counseling
• Current Ohio license (LISW/LSW or LPCC/LPC)
• Experience working in an outpatient setting and with diverse populations is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
• Comfortable with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
• Bilingual or multilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family assessments and therapy to clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for case consultation and support.
• Engage in regular supervision (if not independently licensed) and ongoing professional development.
• Able to pass a background check
