Social Work Supervisor

CHC is a non-profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat, inspire, support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction.

We are currently looking for a Social Work Supervisor to lead our staff of therapists. This position will plan, organize and direct the day-to-day activities of the program, including clinically supervising and evaluating staff, ensuring exceptional services are being provided while also monitoring and maintaining program productivity and observance of program/agency policies and guidelines.  Will also maintain an individual caseload providing direct service to patients through individual and group counseling

Minimum Requirements: Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology or related field.  Must have a current LISW-S license from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. Should have knowledge of and experience with managerial operations, including having strong skills in leadership, supervision, communication and employee development.
