We’re currently looking for a Licensed Therapist (LPC,LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT or IMFT) who wants more autonomy, flexibility, and competitive pay—all while making a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing individual therapy (and optionally groups, couples, or families—your call)
  
  
• Keeping your notes and documentation up to date
  
  
• Collaborating with our admin team to keep your schedule full (without chasing down clients)
  
  
• Attending check-ins, supervision, and trainings when helpful
  
  

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• Are licensed in Ohio (LPC,LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT or IMFT)
  
  
• Want more control over your caseload and calendar
  
  
• Prefer working in a smaller practice with a down-to-earth vibe
  
  
• Are comfortable with (or open to) using telehealth and EHR systems
