Pathways to Success Counseling LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide counseling services. The LPC will support clients in overcoming personal and professional challenges by utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. This role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, focused on meeting the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Clinical Counseling & Support
  • Provide individual therapy to clients of various ages, addressing emotional, behavioral, and career-related concerns.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and therapeutic goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based therapy.
  • Maintain confidential and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

 

  • Career Counseling & Vocational Guidance
  • Assist clients in career exploration, job readiness, and professional development through resume-building sessions, mock interviews, and goal-setting exercises.
  • Provide guidance on vocational interests, workplace challenges, and career transitions.

 

  • Community & Program Development
  • Support the development and facilitation of educational workshops, support groups, and outreach programs.
  • Partner with schools, community organizations, and healthcare providers to enhance service accessibility.
  • Run interactive therapy groups
  • Contribute to continuous program improvement by incorporating client feedback and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of [Ohio].
  • Minimum of [1] year of clinical experience working with children, teens, and/or adults.
  • Strong understanding of mental health disorders, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and HIPAA compliance.
