Meridian HealthCare is seeking full and part-time Independently Licensed Therapists - LISW, LPCC, LISW-S, LPCC-S, LICDC, LICDC-CS to join our team. Starting yearly salary begins at $58,000 and up pending experience and licensure.

Daily Expectations and Duties:

• Assess patients, coordinate assessments, and prepare a narrative summary that includes problem areas, client strengths, treatment recommendations, and diagnosis.
• Provide individual counseling and patient access to individualized treatment.
• Facilitate the patient’s active participation in treatment planning and inform the patient of available alternative treatment services and procedures.
• Participate in an integrated healthcare network that emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate with care managers to provide wrap-around services.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision meetings.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an independent clinical license in the State of Ohio (LPCC, LISW, LICDC)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in substance use or mental health counseling
• Prior group facilitation experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with trauma-informed and client-centered approaches
